Working throughout the UK and Europe, our market leading teams provide those working in rural markets with a wide range of specialist consultancy advice. This includes the valuation of a range of assets from castles to commercial farms, for a variety of purposes including loan security, taxation and dispute resolution. Our surveyors also prepare claims for clients as part of compulsory purchase acquisitions, and regularly act as experts in contentious litigations, arbitrations and mediations. They regularly provide strategic advice, are able to advise in ad-hoc landlord and tenant matters, and we work with other professional advisors to provide tax advice.
