We have successfully completed the

ESTATE MANAGEMENT
We are instructed to provide minerals estate management advice to institutional, corporate, charity and private clients. We currently manage portfolios with a combined land area in excess of 1 million acres including assets from Cornwall to the Highlands of Scotland and comprises both open cast and deep mined assets.

RENT REVIEW
We regularly undertake rent and royalty reviews on a series of minerals and waste management properties including quarries, concrete batching plants, asphalt plants, wharves, waste transfer stations and material recycling facilities. We have significant experience in representing clients in third party determinations arising from lease disputes.

PIPELINE COMPENSATION
We are regularly instructed to advise mineral operators and service providers on compensation issues arising from the sterilisation of mineral reserves by the presence of pipelines and overhead pylons crossing a site.

PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
We advise a number of developers and mineral owners on the complex issue of potential minerals encroachment where surface and minerals interests have been historically separated and are now in different ownerships.
